Non personalised items purchased on our website (www.rhinoshield.de) can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in brand new or close to unused condition with their original packaging. Please note Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned. If you have opened the screen protector's packaging, restocking fees will apply.
If your item was not purchased on our website, please contact the seller for return (If you have ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon themselves).
Please note any shipping fees involved in the process will not be refunded.
Some customization fees may be deducted from the total refund for any PlayProof case with a printed back to reimburse for the extra processing. Personalised cases (such as Jersey or Quotes) CANNOT be returned.
