Non personalised items purchased on our website (www.rhinoshield.de) can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in brand new or in perfect condition with the original packaging. Used Screen Protectors cannot be exchanged. If you have opened the screen protector's packaging, restocking fees will apply.
If your item was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for a return (If you have ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon themselves).
Please note any shipping fees incurred during this process will not be covered by us. If you are in a hurry to receive the item, we suggest that you place a new order first and then send the item back to us for a refund later.
