When your order status shows "Fulfilled", it means that your parcel is either in the warehouse transfer stage or has already been sent to the courier/post office for processing and will soon be on its way to you for final delivery.
Processing typically takes:
- 1–2 business days for non-printed items
- 3–5 business days for printed items (Design Studio / Design Your Own)
Please note:
- Non-printed items may involve a warehouse transfer.
- Printed items will always go through a warehouse transfer, as they are custom printed in Taiwan.
A warehouse transfer can take a few additional days before your tracking number is generated.
IMPORTANT: Our shipping timeframes are not guaranteed, and the countdown only begins once you receive the tracking number.
