Non-personalized items can be returned to us for a refund within 30-days of arrival as long as they are in resalable condition or close to unused condition with their original packaging.
Here are some important things to know:
- You MUST contact our customer care team to initiate a refund process, if any item or orders are sent back to our warehouse without a confirmation, the refund may be voided.
- Screen/back/lens protectors cannot be returned if it has been used.
- If your item was NOT purchased on our website, please contact the seller for return (For example, if you have ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon's support team).
- Please note any shipping fees involved in the process will not be refunded.
- We do not accept product exchanges if you have purchased an incorrect product for your phone model, but do accept return for refunds.
- Original Designs/Collaborations cases may be returned.
- Design Your Own items (personalized) CANNOT be returned.
