If your order contains printed items, it will be shipped from Taiwan to our partner warehouse once it is ready. The tracking number will update after the parcel arrives at our partner warehouse and is forwarded to your chosen local carrier for final delivery.

Shipping cost and delivery time:
The delivery time vary depending from country to country and the shipping method. You can choose between Standard or Express Shipping when placing your order. However, some countries may have limited or no shipping methods (mainly due to COVID-19).
Delivery via Standard Shipping is usually slower. The tracking status only updates once the parcel has reached your country and has been properly scanned (it will not be scanned before customs are done reviewing it).
If you are in a hurry or if you are worried about your parcel getting lost, we recommend that you choose Express Shipping. The delivery timeframe is much shorter and the tracking will also be more reliable.
IMPORTANT: The delivery timeframe starts from when you receive the tracking number and not when the order was placed. While we always do our best to ensure the postal service and courier will deliver your parcel within that advertised timeframe, it is possible that delays might happen due to circumstances that are out of our control.
