Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your debit or credit card as a guest by clicking on the Pay with Debit or Credit Card option as a guest.
This will proceed to the PayPal Guest Checkout which DOES NOT REQUIRE creating or having a PayPal account.
