Where your order is shipped from will depend on which website you placed the order, the EU or UK website.
UK website：
Orders are shipped from Taiwan to our partner UK warehouse and then delivered to you via Royal Mail. The transition period takes around 3-5 business days from Taiwan to the UK.
EU website：
Orders that contain in-stock items only (non-printed items) will be shipped out directly from our partner EU warehouse to the UK within 1-3 business days.
Orders that contain printed items (Design Studio / Design Your Own) will be prepared and printed from our Taiwan warehouse and shipped via express shipping to our partner EU warehouse and then forwarded to you via your chosen shipping method. It will take time for you to receive the tracking number.
