If your package is currently returning to us due to shipping issues or for a refund, kindly allow up to 10 business days after we have received your returned package for our Quality Assurance Team to verify its condition and process the order in our system. Rest assured that we will reach out to you via e-mail and process a refund accordingly as soon as possible.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you should see this reflected in your account within 8-15 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If you still do not see the refund on your statement two weeks after receiving our email, please be sure to get in contact directly with your bank or contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
