Can I change the content/shipping method of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the contents/shipping method of your order due to our system limitations.

If your order has yet to be shipped out, we can cancel & refund (takes around 5-10 business days to process back to your account) your order. You can then reorder on the website. 

However, if your order has already been shipped out from our warehouse, we would not be able to cancel it anymore.

In either situation, please contact us so that we can assist you accordingly.
