It usually takes about 1-2 business days to fulfill your order, excluding pre-orders, holidays, and unexpected delays. Printed items (Original Designs/Collaborations/Design Your Own Product) will require approximately 3-5 business days for processing , as the items have to be prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Taiwan. After the products are printed and shipped out from Taiwan, it takes time to ship to our EU warehouse and for you to receive your tracking number.
IMPORTANT: If your order was placed on Friday after the day's cutoff or on a weekend it will be processed on the next business day. For example, if your order was placed on a Saturday it will start processing on Monday.
