Once the order is ready, it will be shipped from Taiwan to our partner warehouse. The tracking number will update after the parcel arrives at our partner warehouse and is forwarded to your chosen local carrier for final delivery.
The available shipping couriers will vary depending on whether you placed your order through our EU or UK website.
Couriers we offer and estimated delivery times on our UK website:
- Standard Shipping via Royal Mail (4-10 business days)
- Express Shipping via Royal Mail (2-6 business days)
The tracking status normally updates within 1-3 business days of receiving the tracking number. All orders are shipped from Taiwan to our partner UK warehouse and then delivered to you via Royal Mail. Thus, it takes around 3-5 business days for the second update after the parcel is received by Royal Mail.
