An estimated release date is usually written next to the product name on our site and on the order confirmation email which you will receive shortly after placing the pre-order. Please note that the shipping dates are NEVER guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet the target dates, they are subject to change as delays might happen due to various reasons.
Once your placed pre-order item is prepared, printed, and processed by our logistics team, it will be directly shipped out from our warehouse and an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your inbox to notify you about this.
If the delay is very serious, we will announce it on the website and send an email announcement. We will provide you with an updated shipping date and give you the choice of either waiting or canceling.

- An order containing at least one item on pre-order will not be shipped before everything is available.
- Due to our system limitations, we will not be able to split ship your order.
- Once an order is shipped out, we will NOT be able to make any changes to your order details.
If your shipping address is temporary or you need to make any changes to it, kindly contact us as soon as possible with your new address before your order is fulfilled so that we can have it canceled and you are able to place a new order.
