For Express Shipping (SF Express/FedEx/DHL):
Duty/VAT taxes may happen for any country and you are responsible for checking in advance the laws that apply to your situation. In the event that you refuse to pay these charges, you will be denied any refund to cover the additional costs this might incur even if you do not receive the product.
For Standard Shipping to the US:
If you are located in the United States, we can assure you no import taxes will be incurred. Orders in the United States are shipped domestically. If there are any import taxes/duties, please contact us and our support agents will try our best to assist you.
The EU abolished the import VAT exemption limit on low-value consignment:
To protect the unfair competition and adverse effects of EU companies. The EU decided to remove the import VAT exemption limit (de-minimis) on low-value goods as of 1st July 2021. All consignment/shipment imported into the EU must be formally declared and VAT levied.
These two fees (Product's value and VAT) are mandatory to pay by the client.
Note: The fees will be decided by the local government instead of RhinoShield.

For customers shipping in non-EU regions:
If you are located anywhere else around the globe, please know that we will ship your package from our warehouse in Taiwan. You can learn more about our shipping process through our article on "Where is my order shipped from?".
For customers shipping within the EU:
If you are located within the EU, you can place the order on our EU website to avoid the importing tax. We ship from Europe for the orders from our EU website.
Customers will be responsible for any duty/tax charges if they have placed an order from our IO website that is intended to be shipped to a country within the EU.
If you are located outside of the EU or the United States, you assume the responsibility of an importer.
For the exact amount of these charges, please consult your local customs office before purchase as we will not be able to cover these charges.
