If the delivery couriers missed you while you were away, they will try to get in contact with you via your phone number and/or e-mail that you provided to us during checkout so please be sure to double-check your contact information when placing the order.
We strongly recommend you to contact the delivery courier as soon as possible. If they are unable to get in contact with you after a certain amount of days, your package might be destroyed on-site, and we will not be able to provide you with a refund or reship for your order.
