RHINOSHIELD provides you with the freedom to create your own case freely and continues to optimize our printing quality to present your design as much as possible. But we will not provide any retouching and adjustments to the pictures you upload. Please refer to the guidelines below to avoid expectations that fall short when you receive the printed product(s):
- Only Jpg/Jpeg/Png files are supported (other file formats such as Svg, Bmp, Gif, etc. are not supported).
- File size does not exceed 10MB.
- Resolution between DPI 72~150.
- If images contain lines, ensure they are greater than 2pt (approximately 0.7mm) in width.
- If the picture has a 1D/2D barcode (For example: QR code), there's no guarantee that it can be scanned successfully.
- A photo with at least 8 megapixels or higher (applicable for full-size specifications). If you enlarge the image directly, it may reduce the clarity of the pattern.
- Do not use filters or size compression as much as possible, it is recommended to use the original image file.
- An image exported from Instagram or Facebook gets compressed, thus the quality of the image is low compared to the original file. It is recommended to use the original image file.
- If the original file has poor visual quality, increasing the file size through software would not make a difference.
- Fine lines, gradients, and highly transparent designs may disappear during the actual printing process, affecting its visuals.
- If you use the MagSafe ring as a center point of a design, it is recommended to use an image that is 2mm larger than the MagSafe ring to avoid slight displacement during the printing process (as shown below)
- The wrap-around design on the back of the AquaStand Magnetic Bottle will have a 3 mm printing margin.
Reminder: The background color of the printed image will not be exactly the same as the case color. Even if you use the eyedropper tool to capture the color from the case color in the preview image to fill in the background of your image, there will be a slight color difference due to the printing process and material difference. This will not be considered a defect.
