Once the order is ready, it will be shipped from Taiwan to our partner warehouse. The tracking number will update after the parcel arrives at our partner warehouse and is forwarded to your chosen local carrier for final delivery.
The shipping time varies from country to country, depending on the carrier you have chosen as well as the processing capabilities of the country's postal service during the time.

- Delivery via Standard Shipping is slower. The tracking status only updates once the parcel has reached your country and has been properly scanned (it will not be scanned before customs are done reviewing it).
- If you are in a hurry or if you are worried about your parcel getting lost, we recommend that you choose FedEx/DHL Express. The delivery time-frame is much shorter and the tracking will also be a lot more accurate.
IMPORTANT: While we always do our best to ensure the postal service and carrier will deliver your parcel within that advertised time-frame, it is possible that delays might happen due to circumstances that are out of our control.
