Once your payment has been fully cleared, your order begins to process during our business hours (Monday through Friday GMT+8).
If your order has yet to be shipped out, we will do our best to change your order content for you. Please contact us ASAP.
If your order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, we are not able to stop it. If you made a mistake in the content of your order, we have 2 solutions for you:
1. You can place a new order on our website to buy the product you actually need. You can return the wrong product back to us at a later date for a refund. We will only be able to issue the refund when it arrives back to us. This will be the fastest way for you to receive the correct products. Please remember that we offer FedEx for faster shipping as well.
2. You can wait for the wrong order to arrive and send it back to us (or refuse it). We will contact you when we receive it back and then give you the link to cover shipping again and to get the correct product. Please note that we will only be able to send the new product after the returned order arrives to us.
