Can I change the content of my order?

Once your payment has been fully cleared, your order begins to process during our business hours (Monday through Friday GMT+8).

If your order has yet to be shipped out, we will do our best to change your order content for you. Please contact us at support@evolutivelabs.com ASAP.

If your order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately will not be able to make any modifications.

Please note any shipping fees incurred from this process will not be covered by us.
