Once your payment has been fully cleared, your order begins to process during our business hours (Monday through Friday GMT+8).
If your order has yet to be shipped out, please contact us ASAP and we can perform a cancel & refund for your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the contents of your order due to our system limitations.
However, if your order has already been shipped out from our warehouse, there are 2 available options for you to move forward with this:
1. You can place a new order on our website, and return the wrong product back to us at a later date for a refund. We will only be able to issue a refund to you when it arrives back to us. This will be the fastest way for you to receive the correct products.
2. You can wait for the wrong order to arrive and send it back to us (or refuse it). We will contact you when we receive it back and then provide you with an option to reship the order with the cost of shipping fee only, or a refund with the exception of the shipping fee of your order
IMPORTANT: FedEx/DHL Express orders cannot be refused and must be returned to us via postage manually as the order will be destroyed on-site if refused. We will not be responsible for any shipping fees incurred from this process.
