If your order has not been shipped out, we will do our best to cancel your order and process a full refund to you. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number ASAP. If you have ordered a personalized case, we will not be able to cancel it if it is already printed.
If your order has already been shipped out, we, unfortunately, will not be able to make any modifications. You may have to wait until you receive the item in the mail first and then contact us with 2 pictures of the order let us know the reason for your return in your email. Once we receive your return request, one of our representatives will provide you with further instructions for the return.
