What is your warranty policy?

Our warranty only applies to our own products. It does not extend to any device (your phone, your tablet) or any third party items (skins, chargers, etc).

We have 2 types of policies: General Defect Warranty Policy and Lifetime Replacement Program Policy. Please read below for more information on each.


General Defect Warranty Policy

Our General Defect Warranty covers any defect that is the result of manufacturing errors. This does not include installation failure, tear, wear, and etc.

Lifetime Replacement Program Policy

Our Lifetime Replacement Program covers any damage that is the result of installation failures and daily usage.

Please note for any products that require either one of the policy services we offer, we will always require the following information:

  • Your order number (if you purchased from our site or Amazon)
  • A valid proof of purchase
  • At least 2 pictures of the item

If you have an issue with your items, please do not throw them away even if they are not usable anymore. We also advise that you keep your receipt or a photocopy of it if the item is purchased from a local store.

Please be aware that failure to provide pictures and a valid proof of purchase may result in not being able to utilize any of our policies, or not to its full extent.
