Can I return my item for a refund?

 

Non-Design Your Own items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of arrival as long as they are in resalable condition or close to unused condition with their original packaging.

Here are some important things to know:

- You MUST contact our customer care team to initiate a refund process, if any item or orders are sent back to our warehouse without a confirmation, the refund may be voided.
- Used Screen/Lens Protectors, and GRIP (adhesive version) cannot be returned if it has been used. 
- If your item was NOT purchased on our website, please contact the seller for return (For example, if you have ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon's support team). 
- Except where prohibited by law, for returns in the contiguous United States, RHINOSHIELD will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost. But a restocking fee of $5 USD will be applied for each return and deducted directly from the refund amount.
- We do not accept product exchanges due to system limitations but do accept returns for refunds.
- Design Your Own items (personalized) CANNOT be returned.
