Please be assured that whether you have chosen Standard Post or FedEx for shipping, you will be given a tracking number in an automated shipping confirmation email that shall be sent to you after your order has been processed.
For Standard Post:
If your order does not contain any Personalized or Customized item, the tracking number should be sent to you within 1-2 business days after the order is marked as "fulfilled" (sent).
If your order contains a Customised or Personalised PlayProof case, it might take up to 4 business days for you to receive a tracking number.
For example, if your order was placed on Monday and processed on Wednesday, you might need to wait until Tuesday to get your tracking number. This has no incidence on the speed of the shipment.
If you have not receive an email after 4 business days, please be sure to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will manually look up the tracking number for you. Be sure to have checked your spam filter before contacting us, as many emails get trapped there.
