Whether you have chosen Standard Post or FedEx for shipping, the tracking number will be sent to you through an automated shipping confirmation email after your order has been processed.
For Standard Post:
If your order does not contain any Customized or Personalized cases, the tracking number should be sent to you within 1-2 business days after the order is marked as "fulfilled" (this means that the order has been shipped out).
If your order contains Customized or Personalized cases, it might take up to 4 business days for you to receive a tracking number.
For example, if your order was placed on Monday and processed on Wednesday, you might need to wait until Tuesday to get your tracking number. This has no relation to the speed of the shipment.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you don't, please be sure to contact us.
If you have not received an email after 4 business days, please be sure to contact us and we will manually look up the tracking number for you. Be sure to have checked your spam/junk folder before contacting us, as emails might get automatically sorted there.
