All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
We will NOT be able to issue any refunds by check or by wire. If your original method of payment is no longer available for a refund, kindly let us know your email associated with your PayPal account and we will issue the refund there.
Once a refund has been issued either to your PayPal account or card, it means the refund has been approved by our payment platform. Depending on your financial institution, it may take between 5-15 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you still do not see the refund on your statement after two weeks, please be sure to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
