An automated e-mail with a tracking link will be sent to you within 1 - 3 business days after your order is shipped out.
Please be aware if your order includes customized/personalized cases, they will be printed in our warehouse in Taiwan and shipped out to our logistics partners located in the EU / US, then they will be forwarded to the local post office for delivery. Hence, it will take a few more days for you to receive a tracking number.
If your order has been shipped for more than 5 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday / Public Holidays) and you still did not receive a tracking number, please check to ensure it is not in your spam/junk folder first then contact us. We will do our best to manually look up the tracking number for you.

You will be able to track your parcel immediately once your package is shipped out using the link provided in the shipping update notification. The shipping confirmation email will also contain your package's tracking number.
