An automated e-mail with a tracking link will be sent to you within 1-4 business days after the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Please be aware if your order includes customised / personalised cases, we ship them to our logistics partners locate in EU / US first and they will forward the parcel to the local post office for delivery. Hence, it will take a few more days for you to receive a tracking number.
If your order has been shipped for more than 4 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday / Public Holidays) and you still did not receive a tracking number, please check to ensure it is not in your spam folder first then contact us. We will do our best to manually look up the tracking number for you.
You will be able to track your parcel using the link provided in the Shipping update notification.
