My parcel has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

You can also contact us at support@evolutivelabs.com once you see such information on the tracking system and we will try our best to assist you with the issue and have the product reshipped to you as soon as possible. Be sure to check the shipping address you provided and let us know if it is not correct.

Please note if the reason for the return is not a fault of ours, you will most likely be responsible for covering the reship fee.
