FedEx will always require a signature upon delivery.
If they missed you while you were away, they will try to get in contact with you via the phone number and /or e-mail that you provided to us during checkout so please be sure to double check your contact information when placing the order.
Please note that if we or FedEx are unable to get in contact with you after a certain amount of time, your item will be sent back to us and you may have to cover the FedEx shipping fee once more for a second shipment if necessary. If your parcel is sent back to us, the cost of shipment will be deducted from a potential refund. This amount cannot be covered by us.
