Usually, the post office will try their best to meet the estimated shipping time, but unexpected events, unfortunately, do happen. There is a possibility that your order has been misrouted and re-routed to a different location or that the shipping address was smudged/ripped during the transition.
Please check back after a few days and see if there are any updates. If there are none, you may want to get in touch with your local post office directly as they will have the latest information to offer. With your tracking number, they will most likely be able to help you. If you still cannot find anything, please feel free to contact us.
Please note that we do not receive more information than what is displayed on the online tracking. Should there be an issue, we will do our best to open an investigation with the post office for you.
Please also note that the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed and that delay can be expected with the Standard Post Office. The time needed for the customs to let your parcel go through is NOT included in the estimated shipping time. Please note that no refund can be processed until at least 60 business days after your parcel has shipped.
While FedEx is the most reliable shipping method we have, unexpected events such as weather delays and local holidays that are out of our control may occur. We will advise that you allow 1 to 3 business days for FedEx to work out any unexpected delays.
