Standard Shipping:
- Standard shipping orders will be packaged, printed, and processed within our warehouse in Taiwan, and then dispatched via Taiwan's local postal service. Once the parcel reaches your country, it will then be forwarded to your local Post office for final delivery.
- Orders shipping to the United States will be dispatched from our main warehouse in Taiwan to our logistics partner in New Jersey via express shipping. Then the package will be forwarded via USPS to you.
Additional shipping information:
- Standard shipping options to Hong Kong, Singapore, Macao, Malaysia, Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea will be dispatched from our Taiwan warehouse and delivered to you via SF Express.
- Standard shipping to Canada will be dispatched from our Taiwan warehouse with a carrier called Linex, which will then be forwarded to Canada Post for final delivery.
- Standard shipping to Australia will be dispatched from our Taiwan warehouse and delivered to you via Toll.
Express Shipping:
Express shipments will be shipped out directly to you from our warehouse in Taiwan and delivered to you under the same express courier.
EU* Website:
Standard Shipping:
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse situated in France and delivered to you based on your country's local postal couriers (Česká pošta, ΕΛΤΑ, Malta Post, etc).
DPD Classic Shipping:
Orders shipped with DPD Classic Standard Shipping (Signature Required) will be shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD couriers and delivered to you by DPD couriers situated within your country, or affiliate postal companies such as SEUR, BRT, PostNord, etc.
DPD/DHL Express Shipping:
For DPD/DHL Express shipping, your order will be shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD and delivered to you via DHL Express couriers. Note that a signature is required on delivery for this service.
DISCLAIMER:
- Orders that contain printed items (Original Designs / Collaborations / Design Your Own) will be prepared and printed from our Taiwan warehouse and shipped via express shipping to our partner EU warehouse, then forwarded to you via your chosen shipping method.
- Orders that contain in-stock items only (non-printed items) will be shipped out directly from the France warehouse directly to you.
- If you are shipping to a country within Europe*, the shipping process will be affected depending on whether your order contains printed items. This applies to all shipping methods to countries placed on our EU website.
UK* Website:
All orders will be shipped from Taiwan to our partner UK warehouse and then delivered to you via Royal Mail.
*Updated EU/UK shipping policy:
To provide EU and Non-EU-Member European countries' customers with a more efficient fulfillment procedure, we recommend placing your order from our EU website and UK website.
We have implemented new shipping policies to our websites to allow you to make payments in Euros/Pounds, and the shipping fees have also been adjusted accordingly.
