You sent me the wrong item, what should I do now?

While we always do our best to ensure our items are correctly sent the first time, it is possible that we may make mistakes due to a high load of orders. 

Please contact us at support@evolutivelabs.com with your order number, a few pictures of everything that you received which includes the front and back side of the packaging that shows the barcode. That will be very helpful for us to determine what needs to be done. We will fix this issue for you ASAP.
