What products can be returned or exchanged?

Only products bought directly on our website can be returned or exchanged. If you have bought from Amazon or from another reseller, please be sure to contact them.

Products that are in their original packaging with their entire contents in perfect condition / closed or unused condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Screen Protectors must be unused with their entire contents in perfect condition. Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned. This includes peeling off the protective layers from the Screen Protectors. Opened packaging will incur restocking fees.

Customised PlayProof cases (with our own designs printed on the back) may be returned or exchanged. However, restocking fee might apply.

Personalised (as opposed to Customised) PlayProof cases  cases cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. For more information, please visit our return policy.


To start the return process, please contact us at support@evolutivelabs.com with:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. At least 2 photos of the item that you wish to return for an exchange
  3. Your current shipping address if you are located in USA or Canada

Please note any shipping fees incurred from this process will not be covered by us.
