Only products purchased directly on our official website can be returned or exchanged. If you have made a purchase from Amazon or from another reseller, please contact them instead.
Products that are in their original packaging with their entire contents in perfect condition can only be returned for a refund or exchange within 30-days of purchase.
Screen Protectors must be unused with their entire contents in perfect condition. Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned. In addition to this, peeling off the protective layers from the Screen Protectors or unboxing of the packaging will incur restocking fees.
Customized cases with our own original designs may be returned or exchanged. However, restocking fees may apply.

- Your Order Number
- At least 2 photos of the item that you wish to return for an exchange
- Your current shipping address if you are located in USA or Canada
