While enjoying limitless design possibilities, we also encourage users to respect all creators' intellectual property rights and use the customization design service in a lawful manner.
Please note that RHINOSHIELD provides Design Your Own (“DYO”) services on the condition that you agree to comply with these DYO Terms of Service and Disclaimer. By choosing to use RHINOSHIELD's DYO service, you are deemed to have fully read and agreed to these terms. Please read the following carefully:
1. DYO Image Quality and Format
The printing quality of your customized designs may vary depending on the pixel resolution, image quality, and/or screen resolution of the uploaded image. Therefore, you must read and agree to the "Design Your Own (DYO) User Guide on the Resolution and Format of Design" FAQ article and ensure your design complies with those standards.
Please note that differences between the printed product and the preview image due to the image quality or screen resolution do not constitute printing defects. As a result, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges therefrom.
2. DYO Design Content Guidelines
RHINOSHIELD wants you to enjoy our DYO service, but we also require you to respect all creators' intellectual property rights and comply with relevant legal regulations.
Therefore, you must ensure that your design:
(1) Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights, moral rights, or other legal rights.
This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized use of:
• Trademarks, copyrights, or other graphical elements, colors, or distinctive compositions representing specific brands or companies, including animated and comic content.
• The likeness, images, signatures, news content, or audiovisual materials of celebrities, actors, singers, athletes, internet influencers, political figures, or any other individuals without their explicit authorization.
You must ensure that you have full and complete rights to use the design you provide. For example, the design should be an original work created by you or authorized for your use by the rightful owner.
(2) Does not contain illegal or inappropriate content
This includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, obscene, sexually explicit, violating human rights, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, such as:
• Incitement of totalitarian ideologies or hatred, such as Nazi-related materials.
• Racial or regional discrimination, including language, slogans, or graphics that discriminate against skin color, ethnicity, or nationality.
• Sex and gender discrimination, including references to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or sexual organs.
• Discrimination based on appearance or physical traits, including references to diseases, age, body shape, taste, appearance, fashion, or implicit demeaning of specific groups.
You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from the content you provide.
While RHINOSHIELD may conduct reasonable reviews of the DYO service, in order to uphold our brand vision of "Protecting Personal Style", we will not be able to filter for illegal or infringing content. However, if RHINOSHIELD determines that you have violated any of these terms, we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel your DYO service order.
Please note that if your violation hereof results in RHINOSHIELD and/or its affiliates facing claims, lawsuits, penalties, demands, or damage from third parties or government authorities, you agree that RHINOSHIELD has the right to seek full indemnification from you for all damages and losses incurred.
