As part of our efforts to reduce environmental impact, selected colors of the MagSafe SolidX case have been upgraded to feature a detachable MagSafe magnetic ring.
With this design, the magnetic ring may come off when you remove the case from your phone. This is a feature of the detachable design and does not mean that your case is damaged.
If the magnetic ring comes off, simply align it with the designated attachment points on the back of the case and press it back into place by hand. Once reattached, you can continue using the case with MagSafe accessories as usual.
